  • So I went through a stressful summer and I was kinda just eating really bad food for me and I realized that I have sports as soon as I get back into school so. I went on a smoothie diet and No that doesn't mean I only drink smoothies. I drank them for breakfast and Lunch I have like a granola bar in between for snack and whatever my mom prepares for dinner I ate. >>>>>>> Next pages I'll insert good smoothie recipes and work outs!💖
