How I Lost 30 Lbs Without Cutting Out Tasty Foods!

  • Last summer I lost about 20 lbs, without dieting at all!

    How I did it:
    I made sure I ate healthier foods at meal, so instead of pizza and fries I would have salmon and mash with carrots, or pesto pasta with salad on the side. - I would still eat big meals, but just less fatty foods (I did have the occasional pizza though)
    ^but this all sounds like I'm cutting out nice food, but because I ate well at meals, I ate whatever I wanted the rest of the time, so I wouldn't have to cut down as much on that.

  • I also drank 3-4 cups of green tea (brewed for 1-2 mins) every day.

    Also I would trick myself into thinking I didn't like certain foods which I didn't care that much about, but still are regularly. (E.g. Bread/ crisps...) I would do this by telling a couple of friends (when offered the food) 'nah, don't really like it/them' then because of this, I couldn't eat the food in front of them, so I slowly started to believe the trick!

  • Finally I did this every day, it takes 10 mins max, and requires no level of skill or any equipment! V. Good cardio!

  • Since the summer I have continued with this sometimes, and have lost more weight!!


    Definitely recommend adding a few parts of this into you routine (not necessarily all of it!) <-- if any part would be too tricky for you don't try, just attempt at least one eveyone😂
