How I Lost 2 Stone In 2 Months!!!

Hi, as it says on the front there, I lost 2 stone in 2 months by doing these easy toning exercises and cardio. take a look
I done these warm up exercises before I done both toning and cardio work outs.
I do these all the time, they are actually proven to work. My legs are thinner.
Do these before bed, it's bound to knock you to sleep
As well as mixing the exercises, I also did these:
- ate a teaspoon if smooth peanut butter before I go to sleep
- drink lots of water
- drink infused water
- slept well
- ate well and chose healthier options
- I didn't snack
- I ate breakfast every day!
- walked as much as I could (I have arthritis in my ankle so sometimes it's not possible)
-went out for a jog as much as I could.
