How And When To Get A Workout In Everyday

When in the shower do some crunches while you are leaving your conditioner in.
When brewing your coffee do some squats!
When brushing your teeth do wall sits or jumping jacks (without the arms obviously)
When watching TV and a commercial comes on do push ups, wall sits, ext.
When on your phone on Instagram , and you get a like I do ten push ups. When I get a comment I do 20 sit ups. When I get a follow I do 30 squats. I do this not right when I post a photo, just at random times. You can also change this for Twitter and Facebook.
I'm obviously not like this when I wake up, but I do try to do 10 push ups 20 sit ups and 30 squats.
These "workouts" are easy quick little things. I think of it as it's better to do them than not. At least you did 20 more squats than what you would have.
