  • Take a cup and add 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder then pour in hot water and let the cinnamon seep in the water( please do not stir) .. Let this mixture cool down for 30 minutes and then add 2 teaspoon of honey and stir in well.. Have half the cup early morning before food and the remaining half just before sleeping.. You can refrigerate the remaining for the night... It really helps detox and gives immense energy... This a good way to reduce excess fat and stop body from in taking unwanted fat
