Homemade French Fries

  • 2-3 potatoes
    Frying oil
    Salt and pepper for taste

  • Cut potatoes to desired thickness and length you can peel them or leave the skin on again it's preference

    Deep fry potatoes for 8 minutes remove from oil and drain on paper towel

    This is the important part once dry put back in fryer for additional 6 minutes to make them restaurant crisp.

  • You can twice bake them however they won't be nearly as crispy. I know we are all looking for the fry that is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside twice frying them is the way to go for that desired texture.
