Homemade Chicken Strips by Homemade Chicken StripsINGREDIENTS 1lb precut chicken tenders from grocery store (better from a butcher) 3 beaten eggs 1 Cup flour 1 Cup plain bread crumbs Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper Put flour on a plate Put bread crumbs on different plate Start by rolling chicken tenders in flour Dip in egg (the egg is going to want to fall off so be quick) Roll in bread crumbs Set aside and bread all of strips Deep fry them at 350 for 8 minutes If you don't want to deep fry the tenders you can bake them at 375 for 30 minutes Be sure to check the temperature to ensure the tenders are cooked to at least 165 internally
