2. Whole grain waffles with raspberry and powdered sugar on top.
3. Oat meal with your favorite fruit.
Every morning I create a detox water to start my day off with. I fill my voss reusable water bottle up with lemons, cucumbers, lime, raspberries, strawberries, apples and cinnamon, Mint leaves, watermelon, or orange. I usually only add 1 or 2 of the ingredients per bottle.
After I have made my breakfast and my drink I enjoy sitting outside if the weather is nice to relax and clear my mind before I start my day.
Going for a run in the morning is also a great way to start off your day.
