  • Begin to  brown 2lbs of ground turkey

  • While the meat is browning, put some water to boil & add a large packet of whole grain wheat spaghetti noodles

  • Once meat is brown add in some jimmy dean sage flavor sausage (Optional)

  • Add all your veggies to cook down slightly

  • You can use any sauce but this is my moms fave so it was used this night! Normally I try to find reduced sodium sauces or just make my own.
