Very few and simple ingredients. Happy healthy eating babes 😚What you need: 1 cup of milk 1 smaller frozen banana 1 tablespoon of any healthier nut butter of your choice (ex. Low sodium natural Peanut butter or almond butter ) *optional ingredients that make it even better* A pinch of cinnamon 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed (good in fiber) Just blend and you're all done!
