Healthy Shrimp Avocado Tacos by Healthy Shrimp Avocado TacosIngredients 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined avocado diced 3 cloves of garlic minced 2/3 teaspoon chili powder salt pepper to taste 1 lime 8 corn tortillas rosemary 1 tablespoon olive oilDirections heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and garlic. Add chili powder, salt and pepper and stir to mix all ingredients. Sauté until shrimp are done and then mince rosemary. Squeeze the juice of half the lime on top, and move them to the tortillas. Decorate with avocado and the rest of the lime.
