Healthy, No Cook, Overnight, Strawberry Oatmeal.
Food & Drink
Ingredients: Milk (any kind) Old fashioned oats Brown sugar (preferably raw) Pure clover honey Plain (or flavored) Greek yogurt Strawberries
Take a container (mine serves 6-8 people) and put in two spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, and your preferred amount of honey and sugar. Repeat until yogurt is below the middle of the container. (I use half a big carton of yogurt)
Add two handfuls of oats and a small drizzle of milk.
Mix together, then add anything else you need more of. (Except milk)
Add some strawberries and mix it in with everything else.
Smooth out the yogurt with the back of your spoon, and add a drizzle of honey, oats, and sugar with some strawberry wheels.
Set it in the refrigerator over night, and enjoy your delicious, healthy breakfast the next morning!!
