Healthy No Bake Chocolate Bars

  • 1cup peanut butter
    1/2cup honey
    1/2cup unrefined coconut oil
    2cups dry oats
    1cup shredded coconut
    1 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    1tsp vanilla
    Melt first three ingredients over med heat. Then add the rest of ingredients. Mix well then press into 9x16 buttered pan chill in fridge til set. Cut enjoy

  • These bars are actually good for you in moderation great for some energy when needed! You can add nuts and raisins to these for more boost!!
