  • INGREDIENTS:
    -1 bag of shrimp
    -1 can of cannellini beans
    -2 cups of spinach
    -1to 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
    -garlic
    -brown and wild rice

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves and sauté them with evoo and some garlic

  • After ten minutes, remove garlic, add shrimp and your favorite herbs
