  • Ingredients:

1/4 tsp of self
1/2 tsp of baking powder
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2/3 cup of sugar (or stevia)
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp of vanilla extract 
2 tbsp of espresso
1/2 cup of non-fat Greek yoghurt
1/4 semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup of walnuts (opt)
