Oatmeal is one of the best things you can have for breakfast and is also recommended as a weight loss recipe. Don't add anything sugary instead, add berries, cinnamon (good for weight loss), bananas, apples or nuts. (For these recipes and more info please refer to my "Healthy Oatmeal Recipes"
Scrambled, Fried or Boiled Egg. Eggs are also highly recommended for breakfast. Restrict yourself to 1 or 2. You can add small amounts of spices to add flavour but don't load on the salt. To make scrambled eggs fluffy and light, whisk then in a bowl with a dash of milk before adding them to the pan.
Bread or Toast. Many say not to have bread, but whole grains are very beneficial to your health when consumed in moderation. Sprouted grain breads and breads from the Silver Hills bread series tend to be the best of the best.
Yogurt is best plain as opposed to vanilla or strawberry. If you don't like it completely plain, add berries, flaxseed, banana, apple, nuts or seeds. These all add great flavour and have amazing health benefits.
Grapefruit is great for balancing gut acids, and with a bit of sweetener or even none, you couldn't ask for a tastier, healthier fruity breakfast. Grapefruit is also prove to help reduce belly and love handle fat.
Try these 2 ingredient pancakes! All you need is 2 eggs and a banana mashed together well and thrown in the pan, and you have healthy, quick and yummy pancakes. Add butter (not margarine) and your choice of berry, or bananas or apples.
Cottage Cheese. Its quite possible that you hate it but if you like it, the health benefits are huge! About a cup of this at breakfast is fantastic for your health!
