☀️Here are some healthy breakfasts ideas that are quick, simple, healthy and tasty. Hope you enjoy them!☀️
🍨- Yogurt parfait
You will need: granola, yogurt (Greek yogurt taste best), fruit (strawberries an blueberries), cup
Method: put a bit of granola at the bottom of the cup, now add a bit of yogurt, then fruit, then granola, and carry on the pattern till the cup is filled!
You will need: fruits (Stawberries, banana, and others...), liquid (juice, milk, yogurt), blender.
Method: chop you desired fruits into a small chunks and place into the blender, now add you're liquid, then blend and pour into a glasse or a mason jar!
🍎- Fruit oats
You will need: Fruit (Apple), oats, milk, bowl, syrup (optional)
Method: Pour oats in the bowl and add milk, put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning take it out and drizzle a tiny bit of syrup on the top for flavor. Add on top fruit and you're done!
You will need: Cereal and milk
Methods: I think you know how to make a bowl of cereal! ;)
🍌- Banana Pancakes
You will need: Banana, 2 eggs
Methods: mash the ingredients together, pour it on a pan, cook them like a pancakes top it with banana's slice if you want to!
🍉- Plate of fruit
You will need: You're favorite fruits (Banana, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, mangos, pineapple...)
Methods: Put them in a plate and enjoy!
