  • Ingredients:
3tblspn oats
1/2 cup almond milk 
2 tblsps Of flavoured Greek yogurt

Method:
Mix well, let sit in the fridge over night 
In the morning add chia seeds ontop and fruit

Layer it with yogurt and sugar free strawberry jam (I use st dalfour)
