  • We all know the phrase - Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And it really is. But still most of us skip this meal in hopes to lose weight or simply because we think we aren't hungry. After sleeping for 6-9 hours our bodies need to be replenished with a healthy breakfast, if we skip it our bodies think that we are going to starve and start storing fat which actually makes you gain weight. Eating breakfast is the most crucial step if you're interested in losing weight, managing yours, or just being healthier. So here are 5 ideas you're guaranteed to love. All created by me. Enjoy:)

  • Breakfast Idea #1
healthy cornflake cereal with no added sugar (no frosted flakes etc) with a choice of 2-3 : strawberries, blueberries, raisins, raspberries, grapes, blackberries, a sliced banana, cranberries, or any other fruits of choice
Whole milk, 2%, 1%, Skim or almond of your preference
    Breakfast Idea #1

3 scrambled egg whites cooked in 1 tsp of butter, sea salt and pepper. Optional - incorporate spinach, peppers, onions, broccoli, or other veggies of your liking.
Serve with sautéed Rosemary potatoes and a cup or freshly squeezed orange juice

1 slice of ham (or any deli meat) with 1 slice of cheese (any of your choosing) and roll them like a fruit roll-up
1 blueberry muffin with a cup of coffee or whole,2%,1%,Skim,or Almond milk of your choosing

Start your parfait by putting in a layer of yogurt, then one of fruit(s) and one of granola, continue until your cup or jar is full
