Get your bananas (as ripe as you like) and place on a tray which will fit in the freezer. put a lolly stick or BBQ skewer through and then place in the fridge for 15 or so minutes To chill, in order to harden them slightly so they're easier to coat....
Then coat in peanut butter. You can also role them in some oats, flaked almonds, chocolate and any other desired topping. Now you can enjoy a guilt free and great protein snack :-)
