  • Although food may be the best thing ever, gaining pounds every time you eat, isn't. So I compiled some healthy, low calorie alternatives to meals and desserts you'll love!

  • Paradise Smoothies (good for skin)

You'll need to put in the blinder:

-2 cup of mango
-2 cup of strawberries
-Some ice cube
-A little of water

  • Pancakes are my favorite breakfast - and these ones are good. I like to add some chocolate chips, but feel free to do whatever you want with them. I can't believe making pancake batter can be as easy as just blending a banana and eggs! ❤️

  • Poached Egg& Tomato Salad

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 eggs
    boiling water to poach
    vinegar
    2 tomatoes
    1 avocado
    several basil leaves
    olive oil
    salt and pepper

    METHOD:

    Boil water (approx 2-3 cups). Once boiled add a capful of vinegar to assist in the poaching process. Stir the boiling water to create a current and crack the eggs in, one by one.

    Allow to cook to your liking.

    To prepare the tomato salad, chop tomatoes, avocado, basil leaves and combine. Drizzle with olive oil and a dash of vinegar, then season with salt and pepper before tossing.

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup Honey Dijon mustard
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    Salt & pepper
    Rosemary

    •Instructions•

    1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2.In a small bowl, mix together mustard, syrup, and vinegar.
    3.Place chicken breasts into 9×13 greased baking dish. Season with salt & lots of pepper. 4.Pour mustard mixture over chicken. Make sure each breast is coated.
    5.Bake for about 30-40 minutes.

You'll need to put in the blinder:

-15 strawberries
-Some pieces of pineapple
- One orange
-1/4 of mango
-Some ice cubes
