  • Mummy toast! 
For this scary snack simply toast any type of bread (choose whole grain to make this snack healthier!)  , then choose a low sodium tomato paste and pieces of cheese layering as shown above. Bake at 350 until cheese melts and top it off with olive eyes :)

  • Ghost strawberries :) 
This recipe has two variations, you could either melt white chocolate and cover the strawberries, then placing them in the fridge until cooled. OR to make it even healthier use Greek yoghurt opposed to chocolate :) top it off with raisins or chocolate chips for eyes and mouth!

  • For these monsters you'll need:green apples, strawberries, peanut butter , sunflower seeds and artificial eyes.
To do: simply cut apples as shown, layer peanut butter, stick seeds and tongue inside. Then top off with artificial eyes :)

  • Spider crackers :)
Layer cracker of your choice (preferably round) with low fat cream cheese, add pretzel sticks to the side to come out looking like legs. Put other cracker on top. On the top cracker use a bit more cream cheese to stick raisins on as eyes

  • This is for the cozy fireplace watching movie nights! Simply get any Popsicle maker (can get at dollar tree) or even use a cup! Start by adding yoghurt, and stick Popsicle stick. Let yoghurt freeze, then add orange juice, let that freeze and finally add pineapple juice. Once that freezes , enjoy!

In order to create this Frankenstein kiwi you must carefully peel skin off, still leaving a top section as seen above.then simply use cream cheese or something sticky to add eyes, mouth and frankensteins bolts!

1) melt chocolate and dip pretzels in it !

3) either poly artificial eyes, or use white chocolate chips and dark ones as the pupils :)

  • Broomsticks!
What you'll need: cheese strings and stick pretzels!
Simply cut section is cheese string, and cut vertically make the brooms bristles, then stick onto end of pretzel and enjoy :)!
