You might have heard this before, but if you actually commit to this, it actually helps especially in the long run. Every single morning, before you do anything look in the mirror and pick one good trait about yourself and repeat that word in your head.
Do you ever wonder if other people have felt what you felt? Everywhere you go has people who are hurt or happy. Make someone's day. Complimenting helps a smile but just going a bit beyond that and acknowledging their actions will make them feel worthy. Try it!
Write every word you can think of that people have used to put you down. On little cards. Don't read them. Be near a fire and just toss them in there and watch it burn. You now have control of your emotions. It's a symbol if letting go of your past and hurt and showing that your stronger than words
