A few little tips I have for when you can't sleep 💤💤
If your having trouble sleeping there may be something on your mind. Try relax and do a few breathing exercises. For example, deeply breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth (10 times). After you get to ten, repeat the exercise but count backwards from ten.
Guided meditation videos on YouTube or any video playing website can really help relax you just before you nod off and there's video's for all sorts of stuff, not just sleep. There's relaxing, stress, concentrating, positive energy and chakra balancing etc.
Being cold is better than being hot before you go to sleep and during sleep.
Try sleep in light clothing or pyjamas or even commando if it's something you prefer.
This tip is my last and I haven't tried it yet but I heard that it works.
Having a spoonful of honey before bed or hot milk with honey mixed in before you go to bed or having trouble sleeping can help you relax into a more sleepy state so you doze off a lot easier.
This is just my opinion it doesn't work for everyone and if your allergic to any ingredients mentioned be wise and ignore that tip. Also if you are having major trouble sleeping maybe visit a doctor to see if it's insomnia or another sleeping disorder.
