Another app I use for sleep and relaxation is Sleep Well. Sleep Well is an app that deals with hypnosis and helping to relax your body, and I guarantee that with this app, if you do as it says you will be more relaxed than you have in a long time, I can honestly say that with the combination of these two apps I am fast asleep in less than 30 minutes each and every night
