Boil a cup of water and pour it in your cup. Add two bay leaves and a small teaspoon or less of sugar to taste? And mix. Let sit for a minute to let the bay leaves activate. Then sip and enjoy. Within a few minutes your belly pains will slowly dissipate. This actually works better than tums!
