Halloween Marshmallow Pops Recipe!!!

1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
2 tablespoons shortening
24 paper lollipop sticks
24 large marshmallows
Block of plastic foam
1 cup purple candy melts or coating wafers
1/3 cup Halloween candy sprinkles

In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of the shortening uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until softened and chips can be stirred smooth. Insert 1 lollipop stick halfway into each marshmallow. Dip marshmallow in chocolate, tapping off excess. Poke opposite end of stick into foam block. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until set.

In medium microwavable bowl, microwave candy melts and remaining 1 tablespoon shortening uncovered on Medium 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted; stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate-coated marshmallows with melted candy. Sprinkle immediately with candy sprinkles. Let stand 5 minutes or until set.
