    Ingredients
    3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 cups orange juice
    2 1/2 cups light rum (optional)
    1 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
    1 11 ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 2 liter bottle ginger ale, chilled
    Strips of fresh pineapple (optional)
    Honeydew melon balls (optional)
    Blueberries (optional)
    Mandarin orange sections (optional)

    Directions

    In a 4-quart freezer container, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, rum (if desired), lemonade concentrate, oranges, and cherries.

  • Cover and freeze overnight or until frozen through. To form slush, scrape a large spoon across the frozen mixture; spoon into a punch bowl. Slowly pour ginger ale down the side of the punch bowl; stir.

    Serve in tall glasses. If desired, garnish each drink with strips of pineapple for creepy fingers, honeydew melon balls studded with blueberries for eyeballs, and a mandarin orange for a nose.

    Ingredients
    1 46 ounce can apricot nectar
    1 12 ounce can orange juice concentrate, thawed
    2 16 ounce package unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
    7 12 ounce can lemon lime carbonated beverage, chilled

    Directions
    In a food processor bowl or blender container, add one third each of the apricot nectar, orange juice concentrate, and peach slices. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Pour into a freezer container. Repeat with the remaining nectar, orange juice, and peaches. Cover and seal mixture. Freeze until firm

  • Scrape about 1/2 cup of the mixture into each 10-ounce cup. Add an equal amount of carbonated beverage. Stir to combine.

    1 Kiwi
    1 lemon
    1 lime
    1 orange

    Directions
    Serve chilled margarita mix on the rocks and add a splash of grenadine.

    Skewer a slice of kiwi for the face. Cut a cherry in half and attach with pieces of toothpick for eyes. Slip the skewer into the beverage glass.

    Add the cherry stem for a smile and twists of lemon, lime, and orange peel for hair.

    1 6 ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
    1/4 cup cream of coconut
    1 cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
    1/4 cup half-and-half or milk
    1 1/2 cups crushed ice
    Blueberries (optional)

    Directions

    In a blender container, combine pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lemon-lime beverage, half-and-half, and crushed ice; cover and blend until smooth.
    Pour into 3 glasses. If desired, garnish with blueberries to form a ghostly face through the glass. Serve immediately.

    Makes: 3 servings

  • Layered Ooze

    Ingredients
    3 tablespoons frozen grape juice concentrate
    1 1/2 cups water
    3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, partially thawed
    3 tablespoons frozen limeade concentrate, partially thawed
    1 drop green food coloring
    2 cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage or carbonated water, chilled

    Directions
    In a small mixing bowl, combine the grape juice concentrate and 1/2 cup of the water. Pour mixture into a 1-1/2-quart glass baking dish.

    In another small bowl, combine the orange juice concentrate and 1/2 cup water. Pour mixture into another 1-1/2-quart glass baking dish.

  • In a third small mixing bowl, combine the limeade concentrate, the remaining 1/2 cup water, and 1 drop green food coloring. Pour mixture into a third 1-1/2-quart glass baking dish.

    Cover and freeze the mixtures for 4 to 24 hours or until firm.

    To form slush mixtures, remove each dish from the freezer. Break up each frozen mixture with a wooden spoon. Scoop one-fourth of the grape juice mixture into each of four chilled 10-ounce glasses.

    Scoop one-fourth of the limeade mixture over the grape mixture in each glass.

  • Spoon one-fourth of the orange juice mixture over the limeade mixture in each glass.
    Slowly pour 1/2 cup of the lemon-lime carbonated beverage down the sides of each glass. If desired, stir gently to mix.

    Directions
    Carefully pipe red gel around the rim of 4 to 6 martini glasses, letting it drip down the sides. Set aside.
    In a pitcher stir together the half-and-half, coconut rum, vanilla vodka, and cream of coconut. Place ice cubes in a martini shaker. Add coconut mixture. Cover and shake. Divide mixture among prepared martini glasses. Makes 4 to 6 drinks.
