Hair Won't Grow ?

  • Learn a couple of up do's and try to limit washing your air to once a week or twice if you really have too.

  • Also, by learning some new cute up do's will prevent you from using heat on your hair so your hair dry naturally and only use a straightener/curler on special occasions. And when you do need to use heat, always use heat protector spray

  • But some folic acid and/or cod liver oil from and supermarket eg tesco asda . these make your hair grow faster

  • Change your diet, eat healthier... Salmon helps hair growth :)

  • Use hair masks when you are home doing nothing or use hair masks and do an up do so the mask can soak in all day while your out and about. Also, instead of buying hair masks you can use.....

  • Almond oil. Coconut oil. usual conditioner. Mayonnaise. Olive oil

  • You can even warm them up a little. And leave them in as long as possible .... Even over night.

  • If your hair mask in over night..... Wrap hair in cling film and then a towel on too to really let those oils soak in and prevent it from getting on your pillow at night.

  • Don't wet hair first, when your hair is dry it acts as a sponge

  • I hope this was useful... Please like :) xx
