HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE
This is one simple step for getting rid of pimples. Although this may not work for everyone, it will work for some.
Acne is triggered by many factors, one of them including sugar. Sugar controls your insulin which then stimulates your hormones. The more sugar, the more out of balance our hormones will be thus creating acne.
It is recommended that you still eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, but cut out sugary drinks, lollies, chocolate (except for dark chocolate), and basically anything with high amounts of sugar. Check the labels. Many items have high amounts of sugar hidden in labelling.
Just try it for a month. If it doesn't work for you, don't continue but do realise that you need to cut back on sugar, no secret chocolates here and there. Although it is tempting, it is better for you.
Recommended diets are NOT healthy and you should eat a variety of food while cutting out sugar. Review your diet at the moment and replace any sugars with something healthier.
Also, there are many washes/cleansers with Aloe Vera in them that reduces the appearance of Acne. Dampen your face and create circles on your face using the above cleanser. Leave on and then moisturise if your face feels particularly dry.
