well first of all, you're going to need a container that holds a gallon of water, or you can measure how many bottles or cups of water it takes to get to a gallon.. I believe there are 128 ounces in a gallon (google told me 😂) so if you have a 16.9 oz bottle, I think maybe 7 or 8 of those will work
Drinking water has many benefits to your health that you won't believe!.. I usually start when I first get up. maybe about 2 or 3 glasses to get my requirements out of the way. when you first start out this might be hard so take your time 💙
Drinking water in the morning can help wake you up.. it sure helps feel full too, that way I won't be tempted to overeat or give into junk food. I don't know if this is just me, but water makes me not want to eat junk or drink juice and soda.
It was hard at first. I wasn't thirsty, but I knew I needed to drink it. I also made the mistake of drinking 4 16.9oz bottles of water in an hour and a half while getting ready for school. I regretted it because it hurt my stomach and I had too pee ALL day,which is annoying and embarrassin
after a month, I realized I lost weight in my face and in my stomach from drinking water. I didn't really change my diet either.. I still ate junk. My face began to glow and wasn't oily like usual.. my acne went away.. I got many complements on my skin.. my hair felt nicer too 😂
I really encourage you to try drinking at least a gallon of water every day.. I believe that I'm on my 6th week of the water challenge and it has really changed my appearance and my body just works better. In the long run, drinking water will do your body a huge favor. trust me, I used to hate water
