Backwalkover Backbend, hold your leg up in the air, to get the feeling of your leg up. Another thing to help you is to get something like a box (or a couch if your allowed to) and put your hands on the ground and kick off of it! Then maybe get someone to spot you on a few, then try it by yourself

Front walkover You need to have your handstand, controlled. Then try your handstand with your legs split. If you can do a handstand bridge. If not get a spot.
Front walkover Get a spot to stand up, or go to a wall walk down it then walk up it. Try your front limber. Then keep working on it and you should have it!!
