  • Bicep curls with (at least 10lb dumbells in each hand )

  • Reverse flies w/ at least 10lb dumbells

  • Squat and press with at least 10lb dumbells

  • Kettlebell swings - Choose your comfort weight and do 20 . Add 5 more each day

  • Deadlifts with bars . I use a 60 pound bar to do my deadlifts but choose your comfort weights . Do this 25 times if your using light weights , 15 times if your using heavier weights .
