Grow Your Hair Faster! (and get rid of damage)
Wanna grow your hair faster and make it damage free? Try these things and I can guarantee they will work! I've tried it myself and it has had a tremendous effect on my hair.
The first step to long healthy hair is to trim or cut any damaged ends. If your hair is damaged, it won't be able to grow as fast as you would like it to.
If you're worried that your hair will become shorter after cutting off the dead ends, there's no need to worry! After trimming the dead ends, your hair will look and feel so much more healthier which will make it look so much better! I'm so glad that I've cut my hair because it's so much more healthier now. After trimming the damaged ends, your hair will be able to grow much more faster.
A crucial step to grow your hair faster and make it damage free is to eliminate all types of heat products from your hair. Reduce the amount of times you use your blow dryer, hair straightener, etc.
Not using any heat on your hair can seem a little hard at first but I promise you, you will thank yourself after noticing how much it helps! There are a lot of heatless hairstyles you can try. You can use heat on your hair occasionally but it's important to keep it to an absolute minimum. While washing your hair, try not using hot water on your hair. The hot water can break your hair. Cold water is great for your hair because it makes it more shiny.
Hair masks are a great way to treat damaged hair and they can leave your hair looking soft, shiny and so much healthier! You can use a branded, chemical hair mask but a natural hair mask that has done wonders to my hair is coconut oil!
Coconut oil is a great, natural way to treat damaged hair and it makes your hair grow faster. I never thought this would work but after trying it myself, I can definitely see how much it has helped my hair!
The coconut oil you want to use is solid coconut oil that you can melt (this works the best). Apply this by massaging it into your scalp and spreading it thoroughly and evenly throughout your hair. Leave this in your hair for about 1 hour and wash it off in the shower with your shampoo and conditioner. You will feel the difference right away! Use this once a week.
When your hair is wet, instead of brushing it, comb it. Wet hair is a lot more sensitive than dry hair and brushing it can damage it by breaking it and it causes more hair fall. Combing wet hair is much more gentle than brushing it.
