  • Get your favourite oil (mine is coconut and olive oil) use a fair amount and rub into the whole of your scalp. It can help if the oil has been heated slightly. Whilst rubbing the oil into your scalp massage your scalp to increase blood flow.๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿ’†

  • Do the inversion method. Tilt your head off a bed (that rhymed๐Ÿ˜) and let all your hair fall down. This is so your head is upside down. Lay like this for 4-5 minutes. This allows the blood to flow to your head and this promotes hair growth. Look up on YouTube for further details if needed.
TIP: rise back up slowly so that you don't feel too dizzy afterwards.

  • The longer you leave the oil in the better your results. I recommend 30minutes (minimum) and if you can leave it in over night. Wash out with shampoo twice just to make sure all oil is gone because you don't want oily hair! Use conditioner on your hair and then rinse out.
TIP: you should use less conditioner in the summer and more in the winter๐Ÿ‘

  • You want to avoid heat as much as possible because it dries out hair, it causes split ends and it just leaves hair in a bad condition if used frequently. I recommend a heat protect spray if you are going to use heat. This helps avoid the hair from damage. If you want to blow dry your hair when it's damp (so it's faster than leaving it to dry) I would recommend using a heat protect spray to help reduce damage.

  • You don't have to trim your hair every 6-10 weeks. I get mine trimmed every 4 months (if I need to)๐Ÿ’‡ but it is good to get rid of split ends!!!๐Ÿ’
