  • So this week I have eaten a great amount of greasy food. And after a while you feel down and the fat builds up. A great way to cut some fat that's accumulating with in you, you'll need to :

    ●Luke warm some water
    ● squeeze some lime or lemon in the luke water and drink.

  • Both the luke warm water and lime/lemon will help refresh you and clense the body.

    Caution : Please don't put a lot of lime/lemon and be careful with the amount of time you have this wash down.

    I do it once in a while when I know I went too far with the greasy foods.
