Drink one full glass of water while ur food is cooking! And before eating anything. Helps u get fuller and faster. 1 cup of cook oatmeal in a bowl with 1 egg over it. And any fruit to ur liking! I also add berries in my oatmeal. Try not to use so much butter or sugar in ur oatmeal. Use a milk!!
