  • Ingredients:
    •1 individual 4-ounce container of plain yogurt (keep this container to measure the remaining ingredients)
    •2 yogurt containers of sunflower or vegetable oil
    •2 yogurt containers of sugar
    •3 yogurt containers of self-rising flour
    •4 large eggs
    *This recipe makes 8 large muffins

  • Preheat oven to 350. Line a large muffin tin with 8 muffin wrappers.

  • Scoop the yogurt into a medium-sized mixing bowl, and then use your discarded yogurt container to measure out the oil, sugar, and flour.

  • Add the eggs and stir to smooth the batter. Spoon the batter into the muffin wrappers, filling them 3/4 of the way.

  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cracked or browned on top. Serve warm, or cool on a wire rack.

•grate one apple into the basic batter and add 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cut another Apple into 10 slices and top each muffin with a slice before baking.
