  • After going up and down all 9 flights, do 10 burpies. Repeat the stairs and burpies 2 more times, giving you a total of going up and down 27 flights of steps and doing 30 burpies.

  • Jog for 5 minutes to get your heart rate to slow down a little bit. 
Next, do 500 crunches, 300 plank leg kicks, and 300 jumping jacks. 

You can also switch out the crunches, jumping jacks, or plank leg kicks for push ups, extra burpies, squats, etc.
