  • Muffin: 3eggs 1tsp. Pumpkin pie spice 1tsp. Cinnamon spice 1tsp. Baking soda 1tsp. Baking powder 1tsp. Xantham gum 1/2c. Sugar 1/2c. Brown sugar 1tsp. Vanilla 1&1/4c. Libby's pumpkin pie mix 1 stick of unsalted butter 1&1/2c all purpose gluten free flour Mix all ingredence and fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 325 for 25-30 mins. Icing: 1/2c. Unsalted butter 1tsp. Vanilla 6oz. Cream cheese 1tsp.vanilla 3c. Powder sugar 2tsp. Milk
