  • Maybe grab a smoothie first to get you going (bananas, strawberries, Greek yogurt.)

    Get your iPod, iPhone or anything and get some music

    Go for a run! Run for about 15 minutes (don't forget to stretch just for running)

    Do any type of Stretches you want for about 20 minutes and you'll feel so refreshed!
