(I made another tip on how to get abs in general, but some people really wanted to get lower abs. Considering they are the harder spots to keep toned I said, 'why not!' 😁)
The key here is to get your legs and hips to move as much as possible. When you're running it really tightens the top Half of your stomach. To get lower abs you may want to do things like V ups, lunges, bicycle crunches, etc. things that include your lower body will improve your bottom abs!
This workout is great! What you want to do is find an inclined format and extend your legs while keeping your arms straight and holding yourself up, this tightens all your muscles !

Remember to drink lots of water , and eat right. Getting a fit body doesn't only start at the gym, it starts in the kitchen as well! 💪👌
