•exercise, it builds muscle and replaces the fat so you don't have loose skin
•eat more fruits and vegetables, this is also good for your skin
•get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, if you don't you can work yourself too hard and cause exhaustion
•enjoy yourself, remember what the finishing result will be
•cut sugary and fatty foods out of your diet, you still need them for a balanced diet
•exercise to the point of exhaustion, this is hard on your body and could cause problems
•forget to warm up, you could cause harm to your muscles
•only eat fruits, fruits still have sugars in them and could harm your teeth and you could still gain weight or not loose and at all
•only diet, the results won't come as fast and you won't have a balanced diet if you cut too much out
•quit, you won't see results straight away, be patient
