Get your splits in a week!
Do the straddle stretch. Sit down on the floor in a straddle position. Go towards one leg with your arms and torso (like shown above) and hold for 10 seconds.(do this on both sides. Then reach out towards the middle and try to touch your stomach and face to the floor. Hold this for ten seconds.
Do butterfly stretch for 10-20 seconds (or more)
Do the lunge stretch. Get down in a lunge position on the floor and push your front knee forward to feel the stretch in your hip flexers. Do not let your front knee go over your front foot, if so just slide your foot forward a little more. Hold for 10-20 seconds
Here r some more stretches to do! Hold each of these for 10-20 seconds
