Get Ready For Work Fast!
Here are some of my easy tips to help getting ready for work, fast and stress free!
First off I like to apply a thick-ish coat of my favorite lip balm before bed, this helps my lips stay hydrated while a sleep and easier for me to take care of them when I get ready for work
I also like to put my hair up into a "heat free" curl routine if I decide to do curly hair for work, I will put the link to the video in the end of the tip.
If you wear uniforms than this step can be skipped. If you don't than keep reading! I like to pick out my outfit I'm going to wear to work the day/ night before. This helps save time in the morning. I also pick out what type of lotion/perfume I'll use as well.
Get dressed before you put on your makeup and do your hair! Be sure to use a towel or old top to prevent your makeup from getting on your clothes when you do your makeup.
I like to apply a moisturizer before my makeup, if it's a natural oil I also do this before bed, if I decide to use a cream I do this in the morning
I like to use a lip scrub on my lips when I wake up to do my makeup, this helps get the dead skin off that the lip balm helped with the night before. I apply the balm again after I wash off the scrub.
In stead of a heavy foundation I put in a medium coverage bb cream and set it with Loose powder.
Apply a blush and bronzer! I usually wear a shimmer blush and a matte bronzer! This helps keep the "natural" look more natural
You can use a white eyeliner if your going for an office/nude look as well, this helps make you look more awake/focused and helps make your eyes look bigger. If you don't want white than you can use a tan/skin color
Put on a couple coats of mascara to make your eyes look bigger :) it's ok if you don't wear eyeshadow or if you do go with a nude/champagne color.
I like to apply a plumping gloss last, I like this hard candy plumping gloss because it's smooth and tingly
Lastly I take out my hair from the night before and fix it, or put it up, or even straighten it. Add a bit of hair spray and I'm out the door!
