Use and either download a workout training app or use it to listen to music. i use it for both. I have the nike training club its FREE and worth the download. I also run so I use nike running where it tracks how much i run.
6. Schedule it
It is always about the time, if you really want something to work make time for it. So use a calendar either on your phone or a paper calendar but make time.
