as you could assume, I've been working to get a nice PHAT ass for a while!! but, it doesn't take even half as long as you'd assume the way that I do it!!
WHAT TO DO::
• eat as much bread as you could fit into your diet!! don't over load, but just be mindful of eating bread! it'll give you extra carbs and for me it helped make my ass bigger!!
• 20-30 squats every morning when you wake up
• when working out, squat with weight and slowly build up how much weight you take (learned this one from volleyball)
• lunges and chair kicks every night before bed (as many as possible until your legs burn!!)
• drink. protein. I can't stress this enough! even if you're not working out every day, protein will help build muscle that will tone your butt!!
WHAT NOT TO DO::
• eat junky food thinking it will "go to your butt"
• try to gain weight thinking it will make your ass bigger
^^these WILL make your ass bigger..... but your stomach will grow as well as the rest of your body. PLUS having a FAT ass rather than a PHAT ass can make you have cellulite which is a definite turn off!!!
• give up (NEVER GIVE UP WORKING OUT TAKES TIME FOR STARTERS AND YOU WILL SEE PROGRESS!!)
LASTLY: DO NOT FORGET THOSE PROGRESS PICTURES!! YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!!
