•do 15-25 press/push ups every day, 3 times
•do 15-25 wall press/push up every day, 3 times
•get a dumbbell and work with them for as long as you can till you are tired
•do 20-30 V-sits a day, 3 times
•do 20-30 sit ups a day, 3 times
•lay on your right hip with your left leg crossing the right leg (try and keep legs bent like you are doing a sit up but on your side, not back) and do 10-20 sit ups like that, then switch over onto the other side
•do 30 squats with legs slightly spread apart
•do 20 squats with knees touching
•do 20 lunges on each leg
•do 20 chair kicks on each leg, hold onto a chair while doing controlled kicks behind you(try and get your feet past your butt&&keep legs straight)
•go on your hands and knees with your palms flat on the ground and lift your leg up like a dog is peeing on a tree. I'm not quite sure what these are called but do 20 of them on each leg
•do 30 squat jumps
•do 30 tuck jumps
•go for a little jog every day for 20-30 mins or more
