    Squats:bigger butt

    Push ups:bigger breast/chest

    Side plank:abs and arms

    Russian twist:abs

    Side bends:abs and arms

    Dips:arms and breast/chest


    For dips I used my bed to push me up but you can use whatever

    Regular plank:arms and abs
