    Holo stars

  • Now, taking the cotton balls, stretch them and put them in the bottom part of the jar, this will depend on how many colors you want so mentally divide the jar in your mind.

  • After filling the bottom of the jar with cotton, add a thin layer of glitter and stars on top, move the jar around to evenly dispense the stars if you want to.

  • Now pour the colored water slowly over the cotton balls; if you ever think that you've poured too much just add more cotton balls. Pour until the cotton is all the color of the water.

  • Once you get to the top, use the wood stick to push the glitter around and mesh the cotton down, giving it a more realistic appearance.
